[INTERVIEW] Bob Snyder, CEO at Binsky and Snyder, Discusses How Construction CEOs are Leading Technology Strategy
In the second half of the podcast, Bob Snyder, CEO at Binsky and Snyder, joined the ConTechTrio to discuss how CEOs in the construction industry manage technology innovation. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University. Bob has now been the CEO of Binsky and Snyder for almost two years.
In the interview, Bob explains the biggest challenges CEO’s face when adopting new technology and touched on the difficulties that arise when trying to work on the business, as well as, in the business at the same time. Bob and the ConTechTrio discussed successful skills executives should use when evaluating new technology, explained the importance of implementing an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for tech committees, and lastly explored how the evolution of technology will impact the construction industry in the future.
